2005年8月16日上午，联合国儿童基金会儿童保护和社区服务处处长小野正博先生一行在郑州大学新区行政楼第四会议室和郑州大学公共管理学院社会工作专业的部分师生进行了座谈。小野正博先生表示，此行目的是为了听取社会工作专业做实际工作的老师与学生的意见与建议，加强与学校的合作，更好的促进流浪儿童的救助与保护工作。
