试验以小麦为材料,纯化了Rubisco活化酶,经SDS聚丙烯凝胶电泳鉴定呈2条蛋白质谱带,分子量为41000和45000,利用14 C标记法测定并探讨了Rubisco活化酶的活性,并发现Rubisco活化酶在纯化和储藏过程中都需要ATP以稳定其活性。
