本研究从寻求提高花粉植株加倍频率和性状表达能力的途径出发,进行了三年四批次对比试验,取得如下主要结果:(1)、花药培养至药室开裂、肉眼能见白色胚状体时,转移至吸饱0.2%秋水仙液的无菌脱脂棉上,处理72小时或长一些时间然后转上培养基,这样能取得60%的加倍效果。(2)、用注射器将灭菌的0.2%秋水仙液滴入开裂而见胚状体的药囊中,这样分化出的烟苗,加倍频率亦能达30%。(3)、无论(1)或(2)加倍...
