基于接触分形理论和微接触面积分布函数，建立了计及微接触面积分布的域扩展因子影响的结合面切向接触刚度分形模型，并通过数字仿真直观揭示了结合面切向接触刚度与结合面诸参数之间的非线性关系以及这些相关参数对切向接触刚度的影响规律。仿真研究结果表明，结合面切向接触刚度随着结合面法向载荷的增大而增大，随结合面切向载荷的增大而减小，随结合面分形特征长度尺度参数的增大而减小，但随结合面分形维数的变化规律比较复杂。

为了提高多因素制约下非线性系统测试土壤湿度的精度，构建了基于神经网络模糊控制技术的控制器以及DSP(TMS320VC5402)信号采集模块，提出了基于神经网络模糊控制原理的土壤水分信号处理优化方法，确定了模糊控制规则和修正规则的BP学习算法，建立了基于神经网络模糊优化器，并对系统进行了验证。结果表明，应用神经网络模糊控制原理采集和处理测试数据使土壤湿度的测试精度提高0.13%～2.12%。
