气流分配式排种器CFD模拟与改进（CFD Simulation and Improvement of Air-stream Distributive Metering Device）

在建立气流分配式排种器三维模型的基础上，利用CFD方法对排种器的内部流场进行了仿真模拟。选择标准k-ε模型和DPM模型分别对气相和固相进行模拟，得到气流场分布图和颗粒场的运动轨迹图。结果表明，模拟结果与试验结果基本一致。但分配器中存在涡流现象，导致个别种子滞留在分配器中，影响了排种的均匀性。通过改进结构及模拟，消除了分配器中涡流滞种现象。
