分析了南方电网的送入直流及相关重要500 kV线路N-2故障，提出了省、网间协调优化的原则和建议，制定了广东500 kV电网安全稳定控制方案：广东电网安稳控制系统仅通过广东罗洞主站接受南网罗洞主站发送的切负荷命令，与南方电网其余的通信断开备用，并采取快速切除元件、改变运行方式等措施，以实现了三道防线间的优化配合。该方案简洁有效，且易于运行。

提出了一种车辆稳定性控制系统，基于分布式结构的分析方法，通过合理分布复杂的控制算法将控制系统分为控制分析、控制分配和控制执行3个层次。在控制分析层采用了滑模变结构控制方法，计算出车辆期望作用力和横摆力矩。使用非线性优化方法将期望值分配到4个车轮上，实现并优化了控制分配效果。在CarMaker车辆动力学分析环境中进行了仿真分析，结果表明设计的控制算法提高了车辆在极限工况下的稳定性，降低了驾驶员驾驶强...
