2024年来,水环境中新污染物大量排放,对水生生物和人体健康存在潜在威胁,其治理已成为我国可持续发展的重大战略需求。三氯生是一种人工合成的抗菌剂类新污染物,广泛分布于各种水环境中,且残留的三氯生不易被降解,危害水生生物和人类健康。目前,三氯生的微生物分解代谢机制尚未被解析,研究三氯生的微生物分解代谢及酶学催化机制,对去除其在环境中的污染具有重要意义。
