探讨血清癌抗原125(CA-125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。 方法 收集确诊肺癌、COPD和正常组各40人，采用免疫放射法检测三组人群血清CA-125和CEA，散射比浊免疫法检测C-反应蛋白。 结果 肺癌患者血清CA-125和CEA表达水平均高于COPD和正常组（P<0.05）；COPD组CRP表达水平高于肺癌和正常组（P<0.05）。联合检测CA-1...
