2023年11月17日，中国肿瘤领域迈出了重要一步，发起成立了世界整合肿瘤协会（World Association for Integrative Oncology，简称WAIO）。这一里程碑的事件标志着中国在肿瘤领域的领导地位和国际影响力的进一步提升。
2023年7月12日，武汉大学口腔医院唇腭裂中心正畸团队受邀参加了美国“微笑列车”线上会议。会议期间，正畸一科的汪鑫医生代表团队进行了汇报，并受邀参加2023年9月20日在美国拉斯维加斯举行的DS World 2023国际会议，且获得了资助往返及住宿费用的支持。
