二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是神经元质膜的重要组成部分。在大脑皮层灰质区,DHA主要存在于质膜磷脂,但同时也可在磷脂酶的作用下从膜上释放下来,以游离方式或通过其衍生物参与多种信号转导。
观察DHA对七氟烷诱导的小胶质细胞TLR4/MyD88/NFκB信号通路激活及炎症介质释放的影响。方法: N9小鼠小胶质细胞分为Con组、Sevo组和DHA+Sevo组,药物处理各组细胞24h后,采用MTT方法检测小胶质细胞存活率,采用western blot方法检测小胶质细胞TLR4、MyD88和IκB-α的表达量,检测各组培养基中炎症介质TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的含量。
