2024年9月7日，第十三届国际尿石症联盟学术年会在安徽举行。本次学会吸引了来自美国、英国、德国、俄罗斯等49个国家和地区的130位顶尖泌尿外科专家参会，共同探讨泌尿结石领域的最新研究成果。线下参会总人数近800人，线上直播点击量超过17万。大会首次开设了PCNL、尿路结石与基础研究、输尿管镜三个分会场，为国内外泌尿外科同道搭建了丰富多彩的学术交流平台。
近日，上海市第一人民医院泌尿外科中心学科带头人、上海交通大学泌尿外科研究所所长夏术阶教授接任Current Urology杂志主编，并在上海市第一人民医院设立杂志驻沪编辑部。这将对上海市第一人民医院泌尿外科临床医学中心接轨国际、提升学科国际影响力起到积极推动作用。

氮素是植物生长发育所需的大量营养元素，也是作物产量的主要限制因素之一。尽管氮元素在大气中含量丰富，但是不能直接被植物吸收利用，而豆科植物可以通过与根瘤菌共生将氮气转化为植物可直接利用的含氮化合物。根瘤作为共生固氮的场所，为根瘤菌提供固氮的微环境和能量。因此，根瘤器官的发育调控机制是共生固氮研究中最重要的科学问题之一。
近期，邹望远教授应Current Neuropharmacology杂志（IF=7.363）主编Ferdinando Nicoletti教授的邀请，担任该杂志的栏目编辑（Section Editor），主要负责镇痛药物相关研究的栏目。
