评价CT Bone Reading软件对肋骨骨折诊断效能的影响。 方法 纳入101例经CT检查诊断为肋骨骨折的患者。所有CT数据分别行薄层重建(0.6 mm)和8 mm重建。分别由2名低年资放射科医生应用CT Bone Reading、CT trauma软件及8 mm重建图像对肋骨骨折进行双盲评估,并比较3种阅片方式的诊断准确性及阅片时间。
