近十多年来,我国裁培稻花培育种进展很快,主要是花药培养技术有所改进,诱导频率大大提高,增加了选择的机率,但野生稻花药培养目前在国内外研究较少,诱导频率也较低。为了获得野生稻某一特性的纯合体,自1984年以来,我们对普通野生稻花药培养技术进行了研究。结果不同的材料,不同培养基成份,不同低温预处理,对诱导频率都有影响。
