为确定符合内燃—直线发电集成动力系统（ICLG）工作要求的电控喷油器，在分析喷油器工作原理的基础上，建立了一套用于喷油器流量特性研究的测控系统。本文利用该系统对所选用的喷油器进行了流量特性测试，得到了其动态流量特性曲线，并通过误差分析和电流信号分析，最终确定了该喷油器的喷油量计算公式，为燃油量的精确控制提供了依据。
