基于牛顿力学法建立了径向柱塞泵定子的动力学模型,对恒流及恒压状态下的振动时频域特性进行分析;设计振动测试装置对JB32H型径向柱塞泵定子进行振动试验研究。分析及试验结果表明:在两种状态下,定子振动在时域上呈现出周期性,恒压状态下的时域幅值小于恒流状态的时域幅值;恒流状态下定子振动频带宽,振动处于相对较高的频率段;恒压状态下振动频带窄,振动处于相对较低的频率段;恒压系统具有低通滤波的作用。
