为提高用于包装的蔬菜纸机械性能,采用整棵或分切后打浆并配合打浆的粗细程度,在中试条件下制备了2种去叶芹菜纸样本。利用L&W纤维分析仪分析了打浆粗细程度,利用测量显微镜及显微图像分析系统表征了芹菜纸的介观结构,在标准环境下测试了机械性能并分析了变化情况。结果表明,去叶芹菜纸样本S1的抗张强度是样本S2的1.323倍;与带叶芹菜纸相比,总体上去叶芹菜纸的抗张强度是带叶芹菜纸的2.326倍,且断裂延伸率...
